Not possible

Export your Contacts to a CSV file in Outlook then import your Contacts into WLM
WLM cannot import your Outlook Calendar
- you can publish your Outlook Calendar to the web which will create a http link to the ics file, subscribe to that file in the
WebUI at Calendar.live.com(a Live ID is required), then use that Live ID to sign on to Windows Live. Once signed on to Windows Live
in WLM, the calendar will be available locally. Do not expect to see or have the same functionality and event viewing in WLM.(WLM
is not Outlook, or anything close to it)

I'm sure there is, but you should ask in the Outlook newsgroup
where the Outlook experts hang out.

WLM (export)
- Click Contacts(or Control Shift C), then File/Export/Comma Separated Values

Outlook
- Contacts/File/Import and Export/Export to a File/Next/....
<follow the instructions, ensure you choose CSV for Windows and only select Contacts for export)

WLM does not have an import function for importing messages from Outlook
Outlook does not have an export function for exporting messages to Windows Live Mail

Outlook can export messages to OE and Windows Mail(Vista)
- WLM can import messages form OE or Windows Mail

If neither OE or Windows Mail are available...
If a Live ID(Hotmail, Live, or Msn.com) is available
- The Outlook Connector can be installed in Outlook. (current version of the Outlook Connector is 12.1 and functions on Outlook
03/07)
- Add the Live ID to the Outlook Connector thus making an Inbox folder available. Other folders can then be created(no subfolders
below a folder though)
- Copy messages from Outlook folders(copy, not move) to the Live ID folders in the Outlook Connector. Once complete, verify the
messages are intact by viewing them in Outloook..close Outlook.
- Open WLM, add the Live ID account to WLM
- Access the Live ID account by clicking on the account or the account's Inbox..the messages(and folders) will be downloaded to
WLM's local store, and WLM will update its index.
(note: Do not abort the process, especially if a large volume or messages need to be syncrhonized)
- Determine what you wish to do next..keep the messages in the Live ID account, copy messages(not folders) to folders in WLM
Storage folders, or copy to another email account(folders/subfolders)..once complete delete any duplicates.
- If you decide to uninstall the Outlook Connector from Outlook(first remove the Live ID account in the Outlook Connector), close
Outlook, then remove the Outlook Connector(via Add-Remove for XP, or Programs and Features for Vista/Win7)
