Synchronizing error

I have just installed the WSUS server. I have change the setting in the
option for the update files and languege. I have set it for English. Now when
I try to synchonize it gives me error" Setting cannot be changed while
synchronizing. To change setting on this page first stop synchronizing." I
click save setting and exited the page. But still it wont synch.
Please help.

Let it finish the first Sync. I was having similar problem and had to wait
for over an hour before I was able to move on....
