Synchronizing favorites

Hi,

If this has been discussed before I'd appreciate a pointer - Google
hasn't been very helpful.

I'm looking for a tool that will keep IE bookmark/favorite lists
synchronized among a group of computers. I know there are a number of
such things available - starting with Windows Live - but they all seem
to require a 3rd party server. I'd like something that will work
entirely within my LAN.

Any suggestions?
