synchronizing non outlook items only

I have a treo 800w, using windows xp and outlook 2007. I only use my home pc.
I get the message that says that you will only be able to synchronize files,
folders, and other non outlook items if you continue. I get this message on
my profile and my daughters profile yet unable to sync my calendar, contacts,
etc.
I have done a hard reset on my treo, a complete activesync uninstall, re
install and still get the same message on both profiles.

Hi Vanj,

Try opening Outlook and run the diagnostic's under the Help menu and then
attempt a partnership. You might want to try and keep Outlook open while
setting up. See if that helps.
