Synchronizing tasks between 2 PC's

Windows Mobile 5.0 on a Sprint PPC-6700
Outlook 2003 on PC #1 and PC #2 (both running XP Pro)

If I am synchronizing task items between PC #1 and PC #2 through my device,
should an update on the "Percent Complete" item on PC #1 be reflected on PC
#2?

For example:
1. I have Task A on PC #1 and PC #2 with a future DateDue and a Percent
Complete of 50%
2. I update Task A from 50% to 75% and change the DateDue on PC #1
2. I sync my device to PC #1
3. I go to work and sync my device to PC #2
4. Task A on PC #2 is updated for the DateDue but the Percent Complete is
not updated (still at 50%)

(I was having an issue with the Percent Complete being reset to 0% on PC #2
and PC #1 after synching with the device, but I removed Outlook 2003 custom
filters for Status on both PC's and removed PocketInformant from the device;
that seemed to stop this behavior. For what it's worth, I found
PocketInformant's technical support department to be absolutely worthless,
very unhelpful.)
