Syncing a 6.1 mobile windows with VISTA

Hi there,
Can someone help me out please?
my Windows 6.1 mobile would not be recognized ny my Vista when the mobile
set is plugged in the computer.
All I get is the green "windows mobile center" screen with a " Please
Wait..." phrase.

Does it show up as installed in the device manager? Look under portable
devices.

Have you installed WMDC 6.1 from
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobi...-download.mspx
?

Thank you,
Your question prompted me to go look into th device manager, reinstalled the
device and it's working fine now.
