I have the Blackjack1 AT&T is telling me they THINK I need the Blackjack2. I
CANT sync to Windows Vista AND Windows Mail. Does the blackjack2 Sync with
Windows Vista and Window Mail. I have Windows Mobile Device Center, its not
compatable with Windows Mail. Have they fixed the email, calander issues
caused by daylight savings even with the update? What are the differances
between the two?....PLEASE help me. I'm considering buying a new phone
Blackjack2 or Blackberry. I have had my Blackjack1 10 month very unhappy and
over 30 Tect support calls. I just want to be able to Sync and use the phone
as its ment to be used.....THANKS

My understanding is, as long as your Windows Mobile device has Pocket PC
2003 or later (Windows Mobile 2003, 2003 SE, 5.0 and 6.0), it should sync
just fine with Windows Mobile Device Center in Windows Vista. Syncing is not
supported with the built in Vista applications such as Windows Mail and
Calendar, you will need to have Microsoft Office Outlook for that type
functionality.

Make sure you have the latest version of Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1
installed since it resolves a lot of stability and reliability issues with
devices:

Even with Office 2007, it will not work. I have Mobile 2003 with Vista and
6.1 installed but it will not sync. It did once for a while but it does not
anymore like many other are experiencing.
