Syncing dif devices on dif accounts

My computer, running WinXP PRO and AS 4.2, has two separate accounts, one
for my wife and one for me. This is done primarily to keep desktops
uncluttered (or cluttered, as the case may be) and to allow separate email
accounts.

Anyway, I use a Dell Axim X50v and my wife uses an HP hx4150 (used to be
IPAQ). I have tried to get my account to recognize only the Dell and my
wife's account to recognize only the HP. So far, both devices appear on my
account. Not that it matters that much, but it would be nice to keep the
two separate.

The AS icon does not even appear in the system tray in my wife's account.

I have tried installing AS while logged onto my wife's account but all it
does is "update" the AS in my account! Both of us are administrators on
the computer.

Any ideas on how to separate the two devices for the two accounts? Both
Pocket PCs are using Windows Pocket PC 2003 SE, not WM5.
