sync'ing with OWA and PPC6700

having problem sync'ing over internet connection with our OWA. Process
works fine with PPC6601. When sync'ing, I'm getting "page not found" error
(http error 404). Once I click on "ok," device sync's up.

any ideas, as sync will not happen without responding to error.
