system 32 files window

Help, When logging on i'm confronted by the system 32 files window on my
desktop, how do I get rid of it ?

I may same problem but didn't fix. When I boot up I get

"c:/windows/system32/dlldmt.exe" not found. Remove from registry.

How do I get rid of this?
