system configuration data read error

when ı turn on my labtop ı see 'system configuration data read error' press
f1 to contınue press f2 to enter setup' what does it mean? I made a recovery
but still continue the problem.can you help me?? what can I do?

You have a hardware problem. The message is appearing before your operating
system (Vista) is even loaded. Contact the laptop mftr.'s tech support for
repair.

The error is in your BIOS, not Vista.

It is hardware error. Take out Dimms and cpu or any other hardware whic
is possible. Then clean them and put them back. I had the same proble
and i did that and now system is working fine :
