Anyone who what is the name of the event or Win32 message when you change the
culture of the computer (e.g. go to Control Panel - Regional and Language
Options. On Current Format dropdown list, select French (Canada) ). I think
when you do that a system message will be sent and I want to intercept that
message but i don't know the name of the message. Please help!
