system error 3 has occurred

Hi,

I am trying to install Cygwin in my laptop. The first error msg is
"system error 5 has occurred". After I shut down the UAC (User Account
Control), it seems solved. But later when I tried the "net start sshd",
I got another err msg: "system error 3 has occurred". Anyone got any
idea about this?
