System File Checker and more

Now that SP1 is available, I'm wondering what problems those of us who
have installed it will have trying to run the System File Checker - OR
doing a repair install using our original disc.

From what I gather, slipstreaming SP1 is not an option.

Hi Nonny,

You can make a Vista SP1 Slipstream Installation DVD. This tutorial
will show you how to. You can use it to do a repair install with the SP1
installed now to.

You should still be able to run the "sfc /scannow" (no quotes) command
though. It is not affected by having the SP1 installed or not.
