In the process of having Norton Internet Security uni-install previous
programs (including Systemworks 2003), either my Registry was corrupted or
some system libraries were corrupted. Now, no .exe's work. I can get to
internet, but can used any .exe's to help fix the issue. Moroever, I can't
get to previous SYstem Restore point because when I follow prompts I get
rrundll.exe error.

Any suggestions...is there a command line prompt or editor I can use to
resolve problems....I have already spent 4 hours pouring through blogs, FAQs,
etc

Contact Norton support since their program caused you problems.

I have, they were about as helpful as you would think...suggesting the
obvious that has already been done (basically read from a script), then
punted saying I have a WindowsXP problem

In any case, this is a Windows Update group and not a Win XP support group.

Hard to tell where the blame lies. Try system restore?
