Hello, my problem is that i need my computer ( VISTA HOME BASIC ) to be able
to read / understand korean symbal's. &, i found a solution, To change. The
system locale in > Control Pannel > Region And Launguage Options > System
Locale
So, i changed it to korean [ From English ] and it fixed my problem..
But now when i try to run most applications, thrid party programs. or use
online games, it dosnt allow me to run / install them
Is there no way to be able, to have system locale on "ENGLISH" but also to
be able
for my computer to Play games, run third party programs. use most applications
if there is a way please tell me im very desperate. as i have no clue what
im doing on vista...

Thank you...
