system recovery? urgent help

i had troubles with windows loading up, where i have gone back to its last
good configuration, disable all devices to see any problems, done a system
restore to last monday.
then i restarted the computer, and it jus restarts over displaying the error
message untill a point where windows stops functioning and shows a black
screen.

so come to a conclusion that my computer has problem with files to start up
the system/windows, so would want to make a recovery on my system, to repair
the problem, without any backup. is there any ideas on how to?

oh and another thing...if there is something wrong with my hardware device,
the only device/driver i have installed recently was a bluetooth device.
