System repair removed my Ultimate Extras.

Hi,

Just went through an upgrade from MCE to Ultimate 64 bit and ran into a
little trouble with reinstalling a game GT Ledgends (GTL) which uses a
protection software from star-force protection that hosed vista with a stop
error. My only option was to boot from the Vista 64bit DVD do a repair which
worked except now all my Ultimate Extras (which I had installed before GTL)
are gone. I tried using the download again but it said I downloaded them all.
I tried removing and the adding them back from Windows Features but still no
good... I hate to have to go through the whole process again.

Anyone have any ideas?
