System Reserved Partition

I've installed Windows Server 2008, R2 all right.

However, besides drive C: where the operating system is installed, I noticed
a System Reserved Partition on drive D: !?

Now, I know that System Reserved Partition contains files to help recover
the system, however I'd like to change the drive letter it uses, since we use
D: and E: for users programs.
Additionally, I'd prefer to make it invisible to genaral users.

How to change the drive letter of the System Reserved Partition to somethng
else ?

As far as I know it normally doesn't have a drive letter assigned.

Well, here it clearly shows partition D: and it does have all those hidden
files for system recovery.

Tried that already - It won't let me change the drive letter.
