System Restore Points and Backups are Failing

Running Vista Ultimate (32 bit) and getting two errors (below)... the when
it tries to set a restore point (scheduled checkpoint), and the second when
it tries to do a back up (scheduled weekly on Sunday nights)... the services
are running...

Ideas anyone ?
