System Shutdown Worm

I formated my computer and i got the system shutdown worm from long ago, it
comes up again. I remember i fixed it using microsoft updates or something,
but now i cant get any updates because it doesnt find any. I need all of them
again dont i since i formated? Is there a place were i can download and
install all of the updates? I remember the updates were like numbers and
letters, how do i get them again. Please help if you know what i am talking
about.

Thanks for trying to help, however i ave found a solution and found out what
my problem realy was thanks to Unk.
I had a worm called MSBlaster Worm.
