Tabbing problem

In IE7, I open one tab in addition to my home page. When I close Explorer, it
asks me if I want to save all tabs. I say yes, and hit Close Tabs. Next time
I open Explorer, I get an error message saying Explorer has stopped working
and I'll be notified of a solution if one is found. Needless to say, I'm not
holding my breath for that. Anyone know what's happening?
