Tablet PC and Vista Ultimate

IÂ´m running Windows Vista Ultimate on a Fujitsu Siemens LifeBook T4010 Tablet
PC. OS is Windows Vista Ultimate, English. I have Swedish as default Input
Language. Support for "Swedish" is also installed. My problem is as follows:

When I use Swedish as Input Language, The Character Pad and The Writing Pad
are not available. I can only use The On-Screen Key Pad. If I change language
to "English" all options are available.

What can I do to get the Writing Pad to appear also in Swedish?
