Task Bar becomes Blurred and unusable

I have a new Dell computer with Vista Home Premium on it. After using the
computer for a few hours, the task bar becomes un-controllable, it blurs and
double focuses, the only way to correct the problem is to go control Alt
Delete and restart the computer. Then it is ok for the rest of time.

I have trend anti virus, we have used some have duty scanners from Trend, to
insure I have deep viruses.

Can you please suggest a solution?

The problem is you bought a Dell. I don't think it has anything to do
with the OS.
