Hi,
First thing to do would be updating your video drivers. If that fails, try
deleting this key in the registry and reboot. When you logon again it will
be rebuilt:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Explorer\StuckRects2
I would suggest that you export a copy of it first as a failsafe.
