Task bar problems

Help! My task bar is opening at the top of my browser instead of bottom. The
task bar is locked and I can't unlock it. I've tried re-booting but the task
bar still opens at the top of the browser. Does anyone have any solutions for
a fix? Thanks in advance.

Click on the windows orb in the left corner, go to settings / taskbar and
start menu and uncheck " lock taskbar".

Right click the Taskbar, click 'Lock the Taskbar' menu, hold down on it and
then try dragging it down to the bottom.

Your browser? What browser? There's no Task Bar on a browser. The Task
Bar appears on the desktop

Assuming that you mean the Task Bar on the desktop, what does "I can't
unlock it" mean? Exactly how have you tried to do this? Exactly what
happened when you tried? If you get an error message, please quote it
verbatim.
