third-party application? Or what?
Which version of Vista are you using, including SP level, and 32-bit or
64-bit?
HOW are you attempting to start "the Task Launcher"; please tell us, step by
step, from your starting point, including any error messages or other
feedback.
One more question, just out of curiosity: How did you manage to get a
spelling error in your user address? That generally is supplied
automatically and I've never seen it misspelled before. From the headers
