Task scheduler: have a task only run briefly?

I've added a task in Task Scheduler that just loads up a
very simple program I have that displays some date
information. I look at it for about 1 minute then close
it.

However, I've noticed that after I close my program the
task is still running. I'm not really sure what it
means that the task is still running, since I've closed
the program the task opened.

In Settings, I've set "Stop the task if it runs longer
than" to 1 hour (the shortest setting), but I really
don't need the task to keep running at all once it's
loaded my program.

It's no big deal and doesn't affect anything, but is
there a way I can get the task to only run for a minute
or so? I know I can manually END the task but is there
an automatic way?

Thanks
