Task Scheduler issue

Has anyone had issues trying to stop or start the Task Scheduler
service? Also has anyone recieved this error " Catastrophic Failure
(Exception from HRESULT:0x8000FFF (E_UNEXPECTED))" when trying to use
the Task Scheduler?
