Task Scheduler > Start On Idle Won't Work

Hi All,

I have a scheduler item set up to log off computer on idle after ten
minutes. The problem is the computer (Vista) won't go into idle. What gives
and any help you can give me to diagnose the problem is greatly appreciated.
