Task Scheduler stop on idle

Can anyone tell me now to set a task to stop when computer goes to idle?

I know that it can be set to start the task in idle mode , but isn`t it
possible to do the opposite?

To be more precise i want a task to trigger in every 30 min or so , but
dont count minutes when i am idle.
