Task scheduler won't run task from hibernate

I can't get any task to run from hibernate mode. It will wake the machine up,
then just sit there. Sometimes the task history shows me the task has
completed. Other times, it moves the task to the next scheduled time. I have
tried selecting the option to run missed tasks as soon as possible, but that
doesn't help. The odd thing is it will run tasks from standby mode with no
problem.
