I am having a helluva time getting my taskbar switched to classic
view. I know how to do it but for some reason it's not working. My
son installed some weird theme recently and although I can get the
desktop back to normal the taskbar is just not complying. The start
button does not say start, it's got a pretty picture of the Flormula
500 flags and the entire taskbar is RED!
I've gone into the display properties and tried changing stuff there,
tried right clicking on the start button.........still nothing. I
think this is some sort of Windows Vista race car theme that just
won't go away.

Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.

thanks all!

I can't BELIEVE it! That just about drove me nuts yesterday and it
turns out it was something as simple as that. I saw it there but just
didn't make the connection. Blinds? That just didn't seem to sound
like a "theme".

It worked and all is back to normal. Thanks soooooo much gerooky!
