Taskbar pops up while hidden

My hidden taskbar keeps popping up with out touching it. Of course the
problem ends when set to not hide. Any solutions?

You are probably displaying Notification icons that occasionally have a
'balloon' popup with requested info.

Mr. Green, I am having the same experience, but it only just began when I
loaded SP1 2 days ago. I'm wondering if you recall if this happened before
SP1? Assuming you already have SP1, as I was very late in getting it due to
some other problems.

Mr. Ferguson, do not have any notification icons that use balloons. Nothing
changed except the implementation of SP1.

Any input would be appreciated. It is incredibly annoying.
