Running Windows Vista Business

It has this weird glitch where that every other week or so, when I start up
my computer, my taskbar seems to "reset"

I've three custom toolbars I keep on the right side of my taskbar. When this
"Reset" occurs, those toolbars are removed and the quick launch region
becomes as big as the application region (still left justified), and my
application region is as big as the quick launch region (still right
justified).

Now, if that weren't weird enough, here's something I've noticed: there's a
pattern to these resets...

It happens every other week on a Tuesday or Thursday.
It always happens when I start my computer up while on campus.
It always happens when I startup within range of a certain wireless access
point.

It's -weird-! There's a pattern to it, but I cannot figure out what these
conditions have to do with the taskbar at all.

Has anyone else had this problem (weird pattern or not) with the taskbar
resetting? I'm getting really sick of having to restore my taskbar every
other week. :\
