TaskBar Transperency Issue

Yo!
I have a slight annoying problem whenever i start windows... my taskbar goes
transparent instead of being the black it should be... can this be a virus
of is it just asetting?

Please help, it's soo annoying.

Hi, Joe. Your colour scheme must be on Windows Areo Glass.You van change
that to whichever colour scheme you prefer :--
1. Right click on any open spot of the desktop. Coose Personalize
2.Choose Window Colour and Appearance . ( If under that heading you see
Open Classic Appearance -----, click that. otherwise step 3 )
3. Under the Appearance Settings find Colour Scheme under which list of
choices, from Areo to plain solid colour.
Try windows vista basic. You can go back and change till you are satisfied.

Whatever you have set for transparency for windows will apply to the task
bar.
