THIS MESSAGE INVOLVES MY PREVIOUS QUESTION -

Background Intelligent Transfer Service(BITS)
Cryptographic Services
Remote Procedure Call (RPC)
System Restore Service

ALL OF THESE SEVICES ARE ENABLED AND IT STILL HAVE THE SAME ERROR... I DONT
KNOW WHAT TO DO... IMA TRY DOING SYSTEM RESTORE AND SEE IF THAT WORK...
HOPEFULLY IT DOES... IF YOU HAVE ANY MORE SUGGESTIONS PLS FEEL FREE .... PLS
HELP

You have checked the obvious and you're not running Panda.

The error means:
BG_E_NETWORK_DISCONNECTED - 0x80200010
The network card is inactive or disconnected. All jobs are placed in the
BG_JOB_STATE_TRANSIENT_ERROR state

Check your Device Manager to see if everything is okay there.
Check your event viewer to further clues.

Otherwise it's time to contact MS regarding this

Hi,

If you have Java on your PC, please uninstall Java, reboot and test windows
update again. Some users helps that.
