temp files

How can I delete temp files,if I look under windows temp files folder I have
3.75mb of temp files.Disk cleanup dose nothing to delete these files.Is it
safe to delete these files? Thanks

Yes, you can delete the files within the temp folder but be aware, you may
find files or folders for which you receive a warning that the folder can't
be deleted because it is open or in use. Some applications make use of the
temp folder and that is why you may receive such a warning. Most of the
files in the folder, other than where you receive such a warning can be
discarded.
