Temp Profile issue

Hi, I am working in one of the leading IT organization.Here some of our users
facing the Temp profile issue often in Win Xp and Vista too..I tried to
rectify this issue by removing the .Bak line in the registy
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\Cu rrentVersion\ProfileList
and run chkdsk /f also,sometime is resolving,but most of the time the issue
persisting.I checked the space of the drive also,everything is ok,but
still...If anyone would have got the solution,please mail me
with the solution. Thanks for your future reply.
