Should the cookies in TIF be delted?

If so, what is the best method?

Can I automate the deletion so that cookies are deleted on reboot?

What files in TIF should be left, that is I should not delete them?

There is an option in the Internet Tools to delete the tifs when IE closes.
There are selections so you can pick some of the cookies that might be
desireable to retain.
