Open Help and Support, and search for "Connect to another computer using
Remote Desktop Web Connection"

Need more detail... is there is a firewall at work. Is this a large
enterprise or a small office network? How about home? Is there a router
involved? A LAN? Thinking ahead, can get VPN s/w from your office admin if
needed?
