I am having problems setting up incoming mail. I do not have outlook and am
trying to set up windows live mail. I don' tknow where to go to find the
answer? help

Vikki, you are replying in a thread that has the subject "test", so people
are likely to ignore our question.

This newsgroup is for Windows Mail, not Windows Live Mail. The names are
confusing but they are different software. There is a separate newsgroup for
Windows Live Mail.

If the software you are trying to use is Windows Mail, then you need to
create a new thread (a new discussion) in this newsgroup. If the software
you are trying to use is Windows Live Mail, then you need to create a new
thread in the other newsgroup.

Before you do that, you need to try to get help from the provider of your
email address. If you don't understand that then at least try to provide
more information in your message requesting help, but do not post that in a
reply here; put it in a message creating a new thread.
