Does Vista have Personal Web Server or Intenet Information Server or
whatever to test server side scripts?
If it does not is it possible to to install something like that?

But only Vista Business, enterprise, and Ultimate come with IIS. For
Home Premium, you can use Apache (http://www.apache.org/httpd) or
several other free servers. If you want to test ASP pages, though,
you're going to have to upgrade.

The article says You must be a member of the following IIS administrative
role or roles to perform this procedure:
Web Server Administrator

How shall I get the role of Web Server Administrator?
