Here's a link so that you can see what kind of problem I'm having. I've
tried everything that I can think of to fix it, but the only thing that has
worked was to create a new Windows User Account, and in it, everything looks
fine. If I have to, I guess I'll migrate to the new user account, but I
would rather fix the problem so that I won't have to.

Here's the link:

Thanks!

What is "everything that you can think of?" I'd hate to venture into areas
already visited. Your problem is a font display problem obviously. What have
you done?

Well I've turned off True Type fonts, I've turned off any smoothing, I've
played with all of my display properties, I've tried running Windows in
different modes other than Aero, I've checked for viruses & worms by running
Kaspersky virus checker, I've run Windows Defender to look for any malware,
I've run a Registry Cleaner, and probably a few other things that I can't
remember and the problem still persists.

OK... I guess I'm missing what the problem is? your screen image looks
clear to me.

Silly me, the screen grab that I posted doesn't show the problem because you
weren't viewing it with my computer, I guess there isn't a way to show an
example of my problem unless you were looking over my shoulder at my screen.
Frustrating!!

I suppose that I could take a picture of my screen and post that!

Hit "Print Scrn"

Click the start orb

Type PAINT into start-search

Edit - Paste

That's how I got the image that I posted, except that I used Photoshop
instead of paint. The problem is, when someone views the image from another
computer, the text looks fine, it's my computer that has the problem.
