tfswctrl.exe crashes after applying service pack 2

I have Sony DVD RW drive DRU 510A. I am using Veritas DLA software. After
applying sp2, whenever I insert a DLA enabled DVD into the drive, I get a
message which says that tfswctrl.exe has crashed. Before applying sp2, there
was no such problem. I have removed/reinstalled the DLA software but still
have same problem.

Is there any solution?

I found the solution. Looks like SP2 removed the Intel Application
Accelerator program which is a low level disk driver for the Intel chip set.
After reinstalling this program, the problem is gone.
