If that was the case, that was incredibly unhelpful, and that could be the
answer to 95%+ of the questions asked here. Anyway, all you do is whinge -
never seen you post anything remotely useful or informative.

The answer is both yes and no. No, there is no internal tool for this but
yes, there are third party tools for it. One only needs to search for it and
find one that suits ones' needs.

There is nothing like the ThemeXP site with StyleXP, as Vista visual styles
are much more difficult to produce.
