theme problem

hello,
I have install some visual software. but i need to uninstall it because
of some problem.
After restart, my computer's theme is in classic mode and i change back
to vista theme.
but after i logoff or shutdown and login back, it's back in classic.
anyone can help me.

But i don't have restore point to use system restore. i'm tried to use
startup repair, but its doesn't work..
