Is there any problem with login.live.com?

Almost 50% Chinese users couldn't connect to *.live.com.
since Apr.30.

-P.R.China
we believe that LIVE! ID is DOWN in P.R.CHINA.

can access hotmail throught following steps;
1.login to passport.net
2.connect my.msn.com
3.click hotmail link on the top of page.

but if someone upgrades to live mail, he will receive

1.login to my.msn.com
2.add module---->hotmail inbox

but still cannot open mail content.

1.login to Passport.net
2.connect to http://mobile.msn.com/hm/folder.aspx
3.check your emails
