Is there a Applocale utility for vista???

i no that the Applocale now is only for window xp and 2003 .. and it doesn't
work for Vista. Is there a Applocale utility for vista?? If so where can i
download it?

No, there isn't a Vista version and I don't know that there are any plans to
create one.

Apparently it works fine when you install it from an elevated command
prompt.
