What you are seeing is not an *error*, it is simply the result of the
debugger M$ attached to certain task(s)!
The entire heap dump can be found in %tmp% --before-
the msgbox is closed (otherwise it's deleted)
Uninstalling the mentioned hotfix doesn't really resolve it, it downgrades
some mudules and bypasse the process of linked
objects terminating and reporting.
At some point during the shutdown process, linked tasks to
'svchost.exe -k netsvcs' are not fully aware the system is shudding down,
and trigger the useless debugger.
-Svchost --infact- is supposed to terminate on shutdown...

It does not terminate during any other time--as it seems by the error.
